I'm a Creative Director who turns complex ideas into work that reaches the right people in the right way. For 15+ years I've led creative strategy for people-focused organizations, shaping the stories, design and content, and team structures that take work from concept to execution without losing the vision along the way.

I lead multidisciplinary teams of art directors, designers, content developers, and editors across integrated B2B and B2C campaigns, setting the creative direction, owning the standards, and mentoring the people who make it happen. I'm also a practitioner of AI in the creative process, using it as a genuine force multiplier for research, ideation, and production.

Beyond my professional work, I am a practicing artist, painting, drawing, and creating prints inspired by my background in fine art, graphic design and calligraphy. I am also a novice piano and guitar player who enjoys seeing live music and going dancing. These creative pursuits continually inform my approach to design, reminding me that great work, like great art, begins with curiosity, connection, and rhythm.
